SUBJECT:  METHYL BROMIDE FIELD FUMIGATION PERMIT CONDITIONS 
          INFORMATION PACKAGE

The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) was asked by the Coast 
Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association to develop a model 
Methyl Bromide Field Fumigation Permit Conditions Information Package 
for use by county agricultural commissioners.  DPR reviewed several 
packages created by different counties and recommends the attached 
Methyl Bromide Field Fumigation Package for educating growers and 
users about the new Methyl Bromide requirements.

Please use these documents as a guide for developing your own package 
to be adopted and incorporated in your Methyl Bromide Field Fumigation 
Permit issuance process.  This package contains the following documents:
