Supplemental Budget language required the Department to report on two separate items: 1) Grants awarded and the criteria used to do so for the Pest Management Alliance Program
(March 1, 2000); and 2) DPR's performance measures in each of the following categories:
1) the Toxic Air Contaminant Program; 2) the Birth Defects Prevention Act; 3) the Groundwater Protection Act; 4) DPR's reduced-risk efforts; and 5) DPR's worker protection program
(April 1, 2000, and June 30, 2000).
