Guidelines for Qualifying Courses for Pest Control Adviser
Back to Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA)
There are specific academic requirements for individuals that wish to take the examination of Pest Control Adviser with the Department of Pesticide Regulation. These requirements include college-level course work in the core areas of Physical and Biological Sciences, Crop Health, Pest Management Systems and Methods and Productions Systems. The list should not be considered to be all-inclusive. There may be courses offered at colleges or universities that are named differently, but they may be comparable and acceptable for approval.
