Cyfluthrin

Back to Reevaluation Program

In May 1998, DPR placed insecticide pesticide products containing the active ingredient cyfluthrin into reevaluation. The reevaluation is based on DPR's investigations of a May 1997 respiratory irritation outbreak reported among orange harvesters exposed to residues of cyfluthrin and other cyfluthrin related pesticide illness reports.

For information on the status of this reevaluation, please see the most recent Semiannual Report Summarizing the Reevaluation Status of Pesticide Products available on the California Notices to Stakeholders Web page.
