SECTION 18 EMERGENCY EXEMPTION NO. 06-13, MERTEC 340-F FUNGICIDE (EPA REG. NO. 100-889)/ TREAT BRUSSELS SPROUTS, CABBAGE, & CAULIFLOWER SEED/ BLACK LEG

The subject Section 18 emergency exemption was amended, effective February 2, 2007. The section 18 label has been amended to add a time-limited tolerance of 0.05 ppm for residues of thiabendazole on Brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower seed that has been treated with Mertec 340-F Fungicide. This emergency exemption will be valid until November 16, 2007.

For your “Restricted Material Permit Program”, please use chemical number 587.
