Tarpaulins Qualified as Totally Impermeable Films (TIF) for 1,3-Dichloropropene Fumigation

Starting January 1, 2024, all tarps that qualify as Totally Impermeable Films (TIF) for products containing 1,3-Dichloropropene will be listed on DPR's California-specific tarpaulin list. The tarpaulins have been tested under high relative humidity conditions, which are common in California field applications.
