Minimum Qualifications for New Pest Control Adviser Applicants (PDF, 25 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 4/23/08; Effective 4/23/08) This action amends the minimum qualifications for persons applying for a pest control adviser license for the first time.

Vector Control Exemption (PDF, 12 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 3/19/08; Effective 4/18/08) This action makes a nonsubstantive change to section 6620(b).


Toxic Air Contaminants (PDF, 12 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 3/13/08; Effective 4/12/08). This regulatory action designates the pesticide chemical methidathion as a toxic air contaminant pursuant to Food and Agricultural Code section 14023.


Mill Assessment Criteria (PDF, 20 kb) (Filed with Secretary of State 2/21/08; Effective 2/21/08) This action makes nonsubstantive changes to section 6393(b)(8) pertaining to the mill assessment disbursement criteria used to allocate funds to the counties. This action makes the regulation consistent with the changes made by AB 126 (Chapter 379, Statutes of 2007).


Field Fumigant Emissions Reduction (PDF, 104 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 1/25/08; effective 1/25/08). This regulatory action pertains to reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from field fumigant use.
