Dealer Records and Sales Reporting (PDF, 12 kb) This regulatory action makes a nonsubstantive change to section 6562 to restore wording that was overlooked during the publication of a 1992 rulemaking that amended section 6562.

Miscellaneous Nonsubstantive Changes (PDF, 52 kb) (Filed Secretary of State 8/26/09; Effective 8/26/09). This regulatory action makes nonsubstantive changes to sections 6400, 6502, 6620, 6626, 6627, 6670, 6672, and 6736.

Notification and Application-Specific Information (PDF, 68 kb) (Filed Secretary of State 8/13/09; Effective 9/12/09). This action clarifies the notification requirements prior to, and after, a pesticide application, including who is to be notified and the persons responsible for providing such notification; revises the requirements for application-specific information for fieldworkers; and clarifies the specific activities allowed during the restricted entry interval (REI) and the requirements employers must meet in order to send fieldworkers into the field during the REI.

Groundwater Protection List (PDF, 22 kb) (Filed Secretary of State 5/13/09; Effective 6/12/09). This regulatory action pertains to ground water protection and adds pesticides to the Groundwater Protection List of pesticides that have the potential to pollute ground water.

Field Fumigant Emission Limits (PDF,22 kb) (Filed with Secretary of State 4/20/09; Effective 4/20/09). This regulatory action revises the total pesticide (fumigant and nonfumigant) volatile organic compound emissions benchmarks in the Sacramento Metro, San Joaquin Valley, South Coast, Southeast Desert, and Ventura ozone nonattainment areas, and delays fumigant limits and allowances in all ozone NAAs except Ventura until 2011.

Toxic Air Contaminants (PDF, 13 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 3/25/09; Effective 4/24/09). This regulatory action designates the pesticide chemical endosulfan as a toxic air contaminant pursuant to Food and Agricultural Code section 14023.

Phosphine Gas and Magnesium Phosphide (PDF, 15 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 11/20/08; Effective 12/20/08). This regulatory action designates phosphine gas and magnesium phosphide as restricted materials.

Field Fumigant Emission Limits (PDF, 20 kb) (Filed with the Secretary of State 9/3/08; Effective 9/3/08). This regulatory action allows a phase-in implementation of the volatile organic compound fumigant emissions reduction in the Ventura ozone nonattainment area between 2008 and 2012.
