Renew a License
All individuals and businesses with valid DPR licenses and certificates must renew the license and certificate prior to expiration. To renew follow the steps below:

After receiving your license or certification, complete continuing education (CE) hours.

Submit a renewal application.

Pay the renewal fee.

Renewal Season 2026 – Individuals and Businesses A-L
As we enter the 2026 renewal season, we encourage you to submit your renewal application by October 1 to receive your renewed license or certificate by the end of the year. Renewing ahead of schedule not only helps avoid delays but also gives us more time to address any issues before expiration. Please review the resources on this page to ensure you are up to date on the latest renewal information.
