DPR 08-001 Field Fumigant Emission Limits (Noticed 2/8/08; 45-day comment period closed 3/25/08) The proposed regulatory action would revise the total pesticide (fumigant and nonfumigant) volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions benchmarks in the Sacramento Metro, South Coast, Southeast Desert, and Ventura ozone nonattainment areas (NAAs), and allow a phase-in implementation of the VOC fumigant emissions reduction in the Ventura ozone NAA between 2008 and 2012.
