Pesticide and Pest Control Regulations Now Available on DPR’s Website

DPR’s redesigned website now has multiple options for viewing regulations dealing with pesticides and pest control operations. The website was updated today with a new option to view and search California Code of Regulations (Title 3. Food and Agriculture) – Division 6. Pesticides and Pest Control Operations.

To access visit our Laws and Regulations page and select Pesticides and Pest Control Operations (Title 3, Division 6).

DPR will continue to refine the website to meet the needs of all Californians that are interested in or impacted by pest management and pesticide regulation.
