Save the Date: DPR Informal Public Workshop on Pesticide-Treated Seeds on October 29

On October 29, DPR will host an informal public workshop to provide an overview of the department’s proposed regulation of pesticide-treated seeds.

The Department will share a draft regulatory proposal for pesticide-treated seeds in California to gain public input prior to initiation of a formal regulatory process.

At this workshop, DPR will also highlight where the department is seeking stakeholder feedback on drafts and concepts for proposed regulations.

DPR will release materials and an agenda prior to the workshop.

Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Where: Virtual (via Zoom)

DPR welcomes public input and will be accepting public comments during the workshop and for 30 days immediately following the workshop. Additional details forthcoming.
