DPR’s 2026 Rulemaking Calendar Available
The 2026 Rulemaking Calendar for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) is now available. The Rulemaking Calendar identifies proposed regulations and upcoming rulemaking actions.
California state agencies are statutorily required to provide California’s Office of Administrative Law (OAL) with projections for planned rulemaking activities each year by January 30. These projections are then published by OAL in its annual Rulemaking Calendar.
