California Pesticide Electronic Submission Tracking (CalPEST)
The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) utilizes the California Pesticide Electronic Submission Tracking (CalPEST) system for pesticide registration actions. CalPEST is a modernized, online system that streamlines the department’s pesticide registration process. The system improves transparency in DPR’s evaluation and registration process, facilitates approval of safer alternatives needed to transition California to more sustainable pest management, and is expected to reduce the time associated with the processing of registration actions.
