Adding and Revising Multilingual Translations on Pesticide Labeling

The Department of Pesticide Regulation’s (DPR’s) mission is to protect human health and the
environment by fostering sustainable pest management and regulating pesticides. A critical
aspect of this work involves mitigating human health risks, including improving worker safety.
Having pesticide product labels available in multiple languages is one way to improve access and
understanding of critical pesticide safety information across California, which also supports
stronger compliance with pesticide laws and regulations.
