Enforcement Response Regulations Webinar

The California Department of Pesticide Regulation plans to hold an informational public webinar on Thursday, November 13, to discuss planned changes to DPR’s Enforcement Response Regulations (3 CCR 6128 and 6130). At the webinar, DPR will share a draft regulatory proposal for to gain public input prior to initiation of a formal regulatory process.

DPR will release materials and an agenda prior to the webinar.

Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Where: Virtual via Zoom

DPR welcomes public input and will be accepting public comments during the webinar and for 30 days immediately following the webinar. Additional details forthcoming.
