New Materials Available for Enforcement Response Regulations Webinar

The California Department of Pesticide Regulation has posted supporting materials for the informational public webinar being held on Thursday, Nov. 13, to share planned changes to DPR’s Enforcement Response Regulations (3 CCR 6128 and 6130).

The Discussion Document (En español) explains regulatory concepts under consideration and questions where DPR is specifically seeking input as part of the public comment process.

At the webinar, DPR will share proposed regulatory concepts to gain public input prior to initiation of a formal regulatory process.

DPR will release a presentation prior to the webinar.

When: November 13, 2025 

Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 

Where: Virtual via Zoom

Spanish interpretation will be provided. To request interpretation in languages other than Spanish, please email languageaccess@cdpr.ca.gov at least 10 business days before the meeting date.

DPR welcomes public input and will be accepting public comments during the webinar and for 30 days immediately following the webinar.
