Updated Instructions for Processing CalEPA Complaints

This letter supersedes ENF letter 23-04.

The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) is providing updated information to the County Agricultural Commissioners (CAC) about receiving complaints from the CalEPA Complaint System and submitting findings.

The CalEPA Complaint System links provided in ENF 23-04 are no longer active. The updated active links are:

External Partner Portal

After completing an investigation received through the CalEPA Complaint System, CACs must use the External Partner Portal (link above) to submit their findings.
