We anticipated questions about implementing the new regulations. Attached is the first set of questions and answers covering various aspects of the methyl bromide field fumigation regulations. The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) prepared this document to address questions asked by a County Agricultural Commissioner's staff, by growers, and by others in the regulated agricultural community. DPR will update this document as new questions are posed. If you have any questions, please contact the Senior Pesticide Use Specialist serving your county. |
