On August 20, 2021, DPR issued a second revised Notice of Proposed Emergency Action. DPR amended sections 6170, 6170.5 and 6216 of Title 3, California Code of Regulations relating to registration fees. DPR also amended the Application for Pesticide Registration DPR-REG-030 (Rev. 10/15). This application form, incorporated by reference in section 6170, was revised to reflect the new renewal fee as well as nonsubstantive clarifying and editorial changes. The proposed emergency action was submitted to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on September 15, 2021. On September 27, 2021, OAL approved the emergency action.
