Pest Control Businesses and Maintenance Gardener Pest Control Businesses
Registration is required for pest control businesses and maintenance gardener pest control businesses prior to operating in a county (FAC 11732). A fee may be required at time of registration; fees differ by county. See below for list of County Agricultural Commissioner contact information.
The following items may be required by your county:
- Completed registration form
- Current DPR Business License
- Copy of Qualified Applicator License, (or Certificate in category Q, an option only for Maintenance Gardener Pest Control Businesses)
- Copy of Current Equipment List
Pest Control Aircraft Pilots
Registration is required for pest control aircraft pilots (apprentice and journeyman level) prior to operating in a county (FAC 11921). A fee may be required at time of registration; fees differ by county. See below for list of County Agricultural Commissioner contact information.
The following items may be required by your county:
- Completed registration form
- Journeyman pilot supervision required for apprentice pilot
- Medical Certificate
Agricultural Pest Control Advisers
Registration is required for agricultural pest control advisers prior to conducting business in a county (FAC 12031). A fee may be required at time of registration; fees differ by county. See below for list of County Agricultural Commissioner contact information.
The following items may be required by your county:
- Completed registration form
- Copy of Pest Control Adviser License
