Use of pesticides registered for agricultural, outdoor
industrial, and outdoor institutional use containing
chemicals listed in section 6800(a) is prohibited below
the high water line inside artificial recharge basins,
unless the pesticide is applied six months or more before
the basin is used to recharge ground water.
