Laws and Regulations, Volume 2 of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium, was published in 2005. Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) and county agricultural commissioner (CAC) staffs follow the code sections (in parentheses) when conducting enforcement activities.
