Save the Date: DPR Anticoagulant Rodenticide Mitigation Informal Public Workshop on September 24

On September 24, DPR will host an informal public workshop to provide an overview of the department’s proposed mitigation for anticoagulant rodenticides, responsive to new statutory requirements and DPR’s ongoing reevaluations.

The purpose of this workshop is to share DPR’s proposed mitigation for both second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides (SGARs) and first-generation anticoagulant rodenticides (FGARs) and highlight specific aspects of the proposal where DPR is looking for stakeholder feedback.

DPR will release materials and an agenda prior to the workshop.

Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Where: Virtual (via Zoom)

Spanish translation will be provided virtually via Zoom.

DPR welcomes public input and will be opening a 30-day public comment period on materials and proposed mitigation approaches immediately following and during the workshop. Additional details forthcoming.
