California Notice: Decision to Begin Reevaluation of Specified Total Release Fogger (TRF) Products for Indoor Consumer Use

Pursuant to Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations (3 CCR) sections 6220 and 6253, the Director of the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) issued a Decision to Begin Reevaluation of specified total release fogger (TRF) products for indoor consumer use containing one or more of the active ingredients: cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, esfenvalerate, etofenprox, etoxazole, n-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide, permethrin, piperonyl butoxide, pyrethrins, pyriproxyfen, s-methoprene, and tetramethrin. A full list of products subject to this reevaluation is attached to this Decision.
