Renew a License
All individuals and businesses with valid DPR licenses and certificates must renew the license and certificate prior to expiration. To renew follow the steps below:

After receiving your license or certification, complete continuing education (CE) hours.

Submit a renewal application.

Pay the renewal fee.

Licensing staff are currently processing renewal applications with payment transaction dates from the weeks of:

License and certificate holders who are renewing are encouraged to check with their banking institutions to see when their payment cleared and can estimate when their application will be processed. If anything is missing and we are unable to process an application, applicants will receive a problem notification by email.
You may visit the List of Valid DPR Licenses to determine if the license or certificate has been updated.
