Attached is Administrative Docket Number 106 which contains the Director's Decision on an Appeal of an Administrative Civil Penalty levied against Valley Farm Supply by the Santa Barbara County Agricultural Commissioner for violations of Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations sections 6568 (a) and (c).
